There is always a vet on duty during office hours. We request that, when in the clinic, all dogs be kept on a lead and cats be kept in a cage or box. Please advise our staff if you think your pet may have a contagious disease or if it needs emergency attention.

Payment is at time of consultation. Please note that in the event of an emergency we will provide first aid.

Emergencies include but are not restricted to:

• Difficulty breathing
• Active bleeding
• Seizing or fainting
• Difficult labour
• Unconsciousness

We accept cash, cheques by prior arrangement only, major credit cards and Eftpos payments. We do not accept Amex, company cheques or 3rd part cheques. We do not send accounts for services. If your pet is admitted into the hospital we may require a deposit at the time of admission.
