How can I pay my bill?

The hospital policy is that all professional services are paid for at time of consultation. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Eftpos
  • Q-Card


For those bigger and unexpected issues we accept “Q Card” as a means of interest free payment over 12 months. Please ask one of our staff for more information.

The hospital does not extend credit.

If your pet requires extensive treatment, the attending veterinarian will discuss the costs with you. Please make sure that you clearly understand the arrangements and ask any questions if unsure.

Please note that due to the nature of medical conditions it is impossible for us to give you an exact quotation at the time of consultation. Our vets will give you an estimate of the fees based on the clinical information available at the time.

If your pet requires treatment or diagnostic procedures over and above that discussed at the time of the initial consultation, our vets will contact you to inform you of the situation and extra costs involved. All amounts discussed prior to any treatment are “estimates” only and are not final quotes.

In the event of an unforeseen emergency the hospital will endeavour to contact you but may require urgent action to resolve the situation. The costs for any such procedures will be for the owner’s account.
